Invest in your health and wellbeing. Practising at least 3 times per week is a great way to ensure you receive all the physical and mental benefits a regular and consistent Bikram yoga practice provides. We have plenty of class times throughout the week to fit in with your schedule.
On public holidays we run a 9:30am class only (including on Monday public holidays) no evening classes.
